This policy explains what Top SaaS Ideas (topsaasideas.com) collects, why, and what control you have over it.
Data we collect

We do not collect payment card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Processors
- Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, security and our database.
- Stripe: subscription payments, invoices and the customer billing portal.
- Resend: delivery of sign-in and alert emails.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account exists. Free generator records are keyed by day and are not linked to an identity. Billing records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for your account to be deleted, by emailing hello@topsaasideas.com from the address on your account. You can turn alert emails off at any time in your account.
Public conversations in the database
Ideas are based on publicly available posts. We store the post title, link, date and public engagement counts, and we do not store usernames or republish post text. If you wrote a post that is referenced and want the link removed, email us with the URL.
Changes
We will update the date above when this policy changes and email subscribers about material changes.
